Pine – This is a coniferous tree reaching a height of up to 35m. and a diameter of up to 60 cm. The average cutting age is 110 years.

 

Pine wood has medium density, good resistance to decay and high strength. Good viscosity and moderate tendency to warp are also among the positive properties of this wood. Pine enters the market in the form of round logs, lumber and veneer, and is also used for the manufacture of artificial wood materials such as plywood and chipboard with a high pine content. Another area of ​​pine use is the production of paper and pulp.
